1. Before working, the workpiece should be fixed, the profile positioning is in line with the direction of the cutter, so as not to cause abnormal cutting, do not apply side pressure or curve cutting, the feed tool should be stable, avoid the blade impact contact with the workpiece, resulting in saw blade breakage, or workpiece flying out, accidents occur.


2. When working, when it is found that the sound and vibration are abnormal, the cutting surface is rough, or the peculiar smell occurs, the operation must be terminated immediately, checked in time, and the faults should be eliminated to avoid accidents.


3. When you start cutting and stop cutting, don't feed too fast to avoid broken teeth and breakage.


4. If you cut aluminum alloy or other metals, use a special cooling lubricant to prevent the saw blade from overheating, resulting in paste teeth, and other damage, affecting the cutting quality.


5. Equipment chip removal tank and slag absorption device to ensure smoothness, to prevent the accumulation of slag into blocks, affecting production and safety.
