The working principle of the rope saw machine is to use the main drive flywheel high-speed rotation to drive the diamond bead rope for high-speed linear movement, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting stone.

 

1.All electrical accessories of the equipment (such as contactors, intermediate relays, air switches, etc.) are imported from France Schneider and Japan Omron.

2.The operating desk panel selection switch uses the ABB products imported by Switzerland and strong dustproof. The speed control potentiometer on the console uses Japanese imported multi-ring potentiometers, which has the characteristics of high control system, high stability, low failure rate.

3.The machine does not require the phase of the power supply, and there is no need to identify and exchange the power phase so that the mine workers operate and improve work efficiency.

4.Both movement and rotation angles (360°) of the head are electrically driven and the photoelectric proximity switch is installed, and it works fine in a harsh environment of moisture and dust.

5.Machine head lifting and rotation can be controlled by the work desk, and the staff can remotely operate the machine.

6.Automatic refueling and refueling ports are installed in the main gear and screw active parts of the equipment, which makes the equipment maintenance easier.

7.All the control switches of our wire saw machine are 24V volt human safety voltage, which can effectively protect the safe operation of workers;

3.The operator must wear safety helmet, protective glasses and protective shoes, and the wire saw machine work site must be placed or posted " Dangerous area, No entry " warning signs, etc., to avoid miscellaneous personnel to enter, in order to prevent danger.

4.The operating table shall be placed in the vertical wire saw machine cutting direction and at least 5 meters away from the machine. A safety baffle with a height of 1.2M and a width of 1.5M must be placed in front of the operating table, and the operator shall operate within a safe distance. After confirming that the safety protection device is installed or the protection measures are taken, the wire saw machine can be started. Any protection safety measures shall not be removed during the operation of the machine.

5.When the wire saw is cutting in a vertical plane, it is forbidden for anyone to stand in the same direction as the wire saw, nor to look down on the cutting track, so as to prevent personal injury when the beaded rope breaks.

6.When the wire saw is cutting on a horizontal plane, a safety baffle should be placed on the outside of the exposed beaded rope to prevent personal injury when the beaded rope breaks.
